Title: Spinach Swirl Turkey Loaf

1pkPremium lean fresh ground turkey, about 1 1/4lb
1/2cDry bread crumbs
1/2cOnion; finely chopped
3/4tsOregano
1/2tsSalt
2tsWorcestershire
8ozTomato sauce
1 Egg; slightly beaten
9ozPkg frozen chopped spinach thawed, well drained
1ozCheddar; shredded, <1/4c>
1/4cParsley; fresh, chopped

Heat oven 350. Lightly grease 9x5 inch loaf pan. In medium bowl combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, oregano, salt, worcestershire sauce, 1/3c tomato sauce and egg; mix well. On foil, form turkey mixture into 12x8 inch rectangle. Place spinach evenly on top of turkey mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Roll up tightly, starting with short end. Carefully place in greased pan, seam side down. Press gently to seal edges. Bake at 350 for 55-65 mins or until turkey is browned. Spoon remaining tomato sauce over top of loaf; sprinkle with parsley. Bake an additional 5 mins. Let stand 10 mins before slicing.
